Overview
The Paramedicine program at Central Washington University offers several options including a Paramedic Certificate, a Bachelor of Science degree in Paramedicine, and an Advanced Standing option for practicing paramedics.
Features
- The certificate program consists of the first year of the major (the clinical year) and enables the successful student to be eligible to take the National Registry Exam for Paramedic.
- The four-year degree provides a unique and intensive two-year concentration in paramedicine, that not only enables the student eligibility for paramedic certification, but also provides content to engender leadership abilities in EMS.

- Complete and submit your official application for admission(link is external): Students that apply early are more likely to receive scholarships, have their financial aid ready, and are more prepared for college.
- Submit a non-refundable $60 application fee: When applying online, you must submit the fee through your application portal or upload an application fee waiver. Common fee waivers include NACAC, ACT/SAT, TRiO, or other college support programs.
- Submit an official high school transcript. In-progress transcripts will be used to evaluate applications.
