About

BU's Department of Nursing offers many different options to pursue or advance your nursing degree including: B.S.N., R.N. to B.S.N., R.N. to M.S.N., and M.S.N. with specialties in Family or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Community Health, Nursing Administration, and Nurse Anesthesia, as well as a new D.N.P. program.

As the realm of modern health care becomes increasingly complex, this rigorous and demanding program requires students to have exceptional leadership and time management skills, self-assurance and critical thinking.

General Requirements

  • Complete an Undergraduate Application
  • Complete International Undergraduate Application, which allows you to apply as an international student. An application fee of $60 is required for international applicants.
  • Submit These Additional Documents:
  • An Official English Language Test (TOEFL or IELTS) This is required for all students whose native language is not English.
  • Official Transcripts: Official transcripts from a high school or other secondary school in English are required
  • Foreign Student Financial Statement:All international undergraduate students are required to submit a Certified Bank Statement in English and converted to US Dollars verifying they have a minimum of $32,696 US
