Overview
In Valparaiso University French classes, you will master French by doing role-plays, engaging in debates, producing videos, and writing business letters, among many other hands-on activities.
In literature and civilization classes, you will examine the key events, people, places, and texts that have shaped France and the Francophone world. Along the way, you may also study the history of French cinema, experience Digital Humanities through a Renaissance cookbook project, act in a French play, or learn how to cook French food.
