Overview
The International Studies program of Bradley University brings the world into your classroom through world-traveling faculty and opportunities to experience cultures. You learn new perspectives on culture, politics and current events from two faculty with Fulbright Scholar experience and foreign affairs experts in the Peoria Area World Affairs Council. You also are encouraged to study abroad. Additionally, the program can be paired with many other programs as a double major. Outside the classroom, you can participate in student organizations such as Model United Nations and the international humanitarian law team.
Successful Outcomes
The international studies degree successfully prepares you to enter the workforce, graduate study or law school. In recent years, most students found jobs or continued their education within six months of graduation. They’re working for the Center for a New American Security, Volkswagen of America and the Millennium Challenge Corporation. Others are attending graduate school at Texas A&M University, and law school at the University of Chicago.
