Overview

In year one, we’ll build on this and introduce you to current issues in economics, international law, sociology and public management.

In year two, you’ll apply this knowledge to international and political cases in hands-on group projects. The last two years of the programme tackle challenges facing government institutions and multinationals. This is the focus of a research module in year three and your internship and thesis in year four.

General Requirements

Non-Dutch Diploma

IPM is a four-year degree programme. To qualify, you’ll need a secondary school diploma/certificate equivalent to a Dutch HAVO. Before we can decide on your eligibility, we’ll need to assess your secondary school certificate/diploma. To make sure your certificate is evaluated fairly, we work with NUFFIC, an organisation that specialises in the assessment of international education qualifications.

To begin the IPM degree programme, you should have a HAVO or VWO diploma (in the subjects listed below). You can also qualify for admission with a MBO (level 4) diploma, if you fit the profile.
