If you’re looking to teach within a high school setting, Eastern Nazarene can help you reach your career goals with our Bachelor’s in Secondary Education Initial License program. By collaborating with local schools, Eastern Nazarene is able to provide its students with hands-on experiences, so they enter their education careers fully prepared.


Working with teenagers and young adults is a special calling, with Eastern Nazarene you’ll gain the skills and knowledge you need to best answer that call. Designed to provide students with initial licensure for secondary education, this program will prepare students to teach middle school classes.

With a wide range of courses from Educational Technology and Educational Psychology to Classroom management and Student Teaching Seminar, students within this program complete the credits needed to fully prepare them to teach in a school setting.
