Graduates of the Recreation Management program at Springfield College are employed throughout the world in municipalities, YMCAs, hospitality, tourism, National Park Service, resorts, the adventure trip industry, armed forces, college and university recreation programs, and corporate recreation services.

As an added bonus, graduates of the recreation management major (general recreation management concentration) are eligible to sit for the Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) certification exam as early as their final semester on campus.
