You will study Scottish literature and Scottish history in a global context, comparing Scotland with the wider world in both disciplines.

The Scottish History and Literature degree at The University of the Highlands and Islands covers a range of approaches, from thematic modules that cover a variety of places and historical periods, to concentrated and in-depth studies of a particular group of authors or historical periods.
