Make It international: gain global experience. You will study the principles of modern enterprise from an international perspective while engaging with businesses in the thriving capital of Milan. Milan offers you the opportunity to explore influential brands including Alfa Romeo, Armani and Prada and discover their strategies for success. Having global exposure will help you stand out in the job market, no matter whether you plan on having an international career or not. For this vital reason, the trip is included in the cost of your fees.

Make It real: learn from people who have been there and done it. Leading international brands will deliver inspiring lectures and give you real insight into how to succeed in global business. Guests have included Superdry, whose marketing campaigns have seen the brand sell their products to over 100 countries worldwide. Real-world application is embedded throughout your learning and you will work on live marketing challenges with UK and international brands such as Disney, IMI and CapGemini.

Make It happen: grow into a career-ready graduate. Work placement opportunities give you for confidence to put your learning into practice and gain essential contacts. Students have worked for companies such as Warner Bros and BMW. You will also shadow an entrepreneur, work with a corporate firm and gain experience as a shadow consultant at the Growth Hub, our business centre at Oxstalls Campus. All of this is designed to give you the skills and the CV to pursue your chosen career. Graduates have gone on to work all across the business spectrum; from starting their own businesses to working internationally for companies such as IBM.

          • Minimum required score (Grade B2):

            C1 Advanced is a Cambridge English Qualification. It reports on the Cambridge English Scale between 142 and 210. You will receive a separate score for each of the four skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) and for Use of English. These five scores are averaged to give you an overall result for the exam. Universities and colleges may ask you to achieve a specific score, either overall or for a particular skill.

            Note: degree programmes and applications may require a more specific minimum score for admission.

          • Grade C in GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent) are normally required. If you don't meet your tariff points total we may still consider your application.
