General Requirements

  • The degree programme in International Trade and Tourism, Digital Management, Business Administration and Economics and Business are of limited admission and expect candidates to carry out a test  that, as well as ensuring the possession of an adequate initial preparation, gives access to a list of admissions: in fact, registration is conditioned by the position of a candidate on the ranking list.
  • For NON-EU students residing outside Europe, the admission test will consist on participating in an interview with our Professors via Skype in order to verify the entry requirements and also the motivational and cultural skills acquired.

The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.


  • In order to ensure that everyone effectively has access to higher education, Ca' Foscari offers students a variety of financial aid: scholarships, exemptions and reduction of fees, student loans, prizes for outstanding dissertations and other forms of concession.
  • Some of the student loans involve agreements with banks allowing students to pay tuition fees on favourable terms. The most deserving students are entitled to an interest-free advance repayable a year after graduation.  
  • Students are also given the opportunity to participate in forms of student collaborations involving paid jobs within the university.
