Overview
The Diploma of Engineering at Macquarie University is equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree.
If you successfully complete the diploma and meet the entry requirements, you can progress directly into the second year of the following degrees: the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) with a specialisaton in Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering; or the Bachelor of Science with a specialisation in Astronomy and Astrophysics, Mathematics or Physics.
