Overview
The Department of Public Health at the Kaohsiung Medical University has substantial research expertise in environmental epidemiology, occupational medicine, genetic and molecular epidemiology, biostatistics, community medicine, environmental health and toxicology, air pollution, aerosol science, system security engineering and radiation safety.
The mission of the Department of Public Health is to play a primary role in disease prevention and health promotion for people. This is accomplished through our programs of education, research and service at the local and national level.
