Overview

Global Supply Chain Management, also known as the value chain or logistics network management, consists of a network of suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, distribution centers, wholesalers and retailers. It also includes a variety of specialized facilitating systems, such as transportation and information systems.

Student Learning Outcomes

The Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) for the Business Administration - Global Supply Chain Management program at California State University Northridge are designed to demonstrate student understanding and ability in the following: Written and Oral Communication, Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking, Ethics and Social Responsibility, Global Context of Business, the Cross-Functional Nature of Business, Key Business Concepts and Effective Teamwork.

Additional SLOs for the Option in Global Supply Chain Management include:
