The Bachelors of Science Degree in Visual Arts Education from Wayne State University, is an integrated program of study that prepares students in Creating Visual Arts, Art Education methods, Art Historical and Cultural Knowledge, Aesthetic Knowledge, and Critical Analysis of Art.

Graduates with this degree and certification are employed in public schools, charter schools, parochial schools, and a variety of academies and arts-focused high schools throughout the state of Michigan.
