Overview

In this Middle Grade Education program at Loyola University Chicago, students participate in experiences in school settings beginning in their freshman year. These field experiences are designed to develop enduring understandings, knowledge, and skills for middle school teaching and rigorously prepare students for the one-year internship, the capstone experience of the program. As a part of this program, students have extensive opportunities to work with young adolescents through a wide range of learning experiences in school and community settings.

English Language Requirements
