Your coursework will include studies in chemistry, food evaluation, biology, food quality assurance, production management, and ingredient interactions and formulations. As a graduate you will combine food product development skills and entrepreneurial talents with scientific and technological knowledge to meet the demands of consumers and the food industry.

A degree in culinary science will prepare you for employment in unique careers in test kitchens, corporate restaurant menu development, and product development.
