About

This major focuses on the business side of information technology. You will learn how business information systems are selected, managed and applied, and gain a broad understanding of business systems analysis and design, software tools, information security, project management and business-related information systems management.

Business Information Systems is offered as part of the Bachelor of Commerce. You can enhance your studies with a secondary major or choose from a range of elective units to support your career goals.

High achieving students may complete an additional honours year enabling them to undertake their own significant research project.
