Description
SSA scholarships are only awarded to students participating in their programs. Scholarship applications submitted by students participating in non-SSA programs will not be considered.

Benefits
The scholarship is worth $1,500. SSA scholarships cannot be applied to program costs, including tuition. Scholarships are meant to offset extra expenses while abroad, such as flights, transportation, entertainment, etc.
Eligibility
- This scholarship is especially designed for students from diverse backgrounds traditionally underrepresented in study abroad including, but not limited to the areas of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, age, religion, disabilities, as well as first generation students and non-traditional students.
