Description

Since 1903, Ford Motor Company has built iconic vehicles, including Model T, Continental, Mustang, F-series, and Bronco.  They have also manufactured many other products, such as airplanes, radios, refrigerators, postal machines, and weather satellites.  Ford Motor Company began with a staff of 10 in 1903 and has now grown to employ thousands of talented women and men who regularly innovate to deliver a variety of mobility choices.  Ford has its main headquarters in Dearborn, MI and has operations in North America and in over 125 countries around the world.

Ford partnered with SWE + iRelaunch to develop its Re-Entry Program, which aims to help individuals get back into the workforce, who have left the workforce or have been underemployed for two or more years. Ford offers re-entry candidates a full-time position while providing tools to successfully re-acclimate into the workforce.  Participants will be able to confidently return to the workforce not only in their technical field but also in a supportive environment designed for success.
