The Dorothy M. Hagan and Juanita W. Hicks Achievement Scholarship was established by the family of Dorothy M. Hagan and Juanita W. Hicks to provide financial assistance, based on merit and financial need, to continuing CSUF undergraduate students.

Complete the online scholarship application athttp://www.fullerton.edu/financialaid/_resources/pdf/scholarships/Application.pdf, or,submit a completed application and materials in a sealed envelope to: Hagan-Hicks Scholarship,Attn: Catherine Ward, UH-183A.; 

Submit two letters of recommendation; one of the lettersmust be from a CSUF faculty member; for incoming first-time student applicants, this lettershould be from a high school teacher or counselor.

The second letter, for all applicants, shouldbe from a current/recent employer/supervisor at a campus or community service organizationin which the applicant has been actively involved; 

Complete a Free Application for FederalStudent Aid (FAFSA), or have one on file with the Office of Financial Aid, to establish financial need.
