The Jack M. Wilson Presidential Scholarship Fund commemorates President Wilson’s strong record of accomplishment and creates scholarship opportunities for deserving students.

Eligibility
- This scholarship provides special recognition to UMass undergraduate and graduate students who demonstrate academic excellence and a passion for public service.
- Eligible students must be currently enrolled at one of the UMass campuses or be currently studying online and enrolled for at least six (6) credits in an academic program through UMassOnline and have a cumulative GPA of 3.25, with a minimum of 15 credits earned at UMass at Amherst.
- Preference for business, engineering and physics majors; preference for students of any major studying abroad.

The application process involves completion of an application form, submission by email of all required materials as PDF attachments (these vary by scholarship but generally include transcript, essay(s), and letters of recommendation), and, for semifinalists, a preliminary interview. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
