President's Scholarship are available to new international students, enrolling in an undergraduate programme within the university.

If awarded the scholarship, you'll be notified in your financial aid award offer and/or letter the amount you'll receive. Scholarship awards are applied to major semesters only (fall and spring).
Eligibility
- Scholarship recipients must achieve a minimum 3.0 GPA by the end of each academic year.
- The President’s Scholarship is awarded annually for up to four (4) years of undergraduate enrollment.
- Scholarship recipients must register for full-time status each semester (at least 12 credits).

Most scholarships at Binghamton are awarded in the spring for the following aid year and do not require an additional application. If awarded a scholarship, you'll be notified in your financial aid award offer and/or letter during the admission process.
