Current UT undergraduates and incoming external transfer undergraduates can apply through the OSFA Continuing & Transfer Student Scholarship Application, available from November through mid-March each year.

Incoming first-time-in-college students can apply through the Scholarship Interest form, available from August 1 through December 1 each year.
