The Boeing Company will award scholarships to women who wish to advance their skills by pursuing advanced training and certification in the aerospace industry in Manufacturing, Operations, or Quality.

Eligibility
- This scholarship will be awarded to women who wish to advance their skills by pursuing advanced training and certification in the aerospace industry in Manufacturing, Operations, or Quality.
- Applicants may be current full-time or part-time employees in the aerospace industry or a related field.
- Also eligible are students already pursuing education or certification in the applicable areas.
- The award is to be used for educational and training purposes only and may not be applied toward flight hours.
