Description
This scholarship will support the increasing focus on greater representation of women in senior leadership positions in India and will build on the success of current and female previous students who have excelled in a range of courses including Business, Forensic Science and Computing. This scholarship is administered and awarded exclusively by the University of Kent.
This is not stackable with any other scholarships or discounts.

They are delighted to offer 5 scholarships which will cover 50% of the tuition fees for one year of study, to female students from India, applying to our taught Masters programmes.
Eligibility
- Open to female students from, and domiciled in India.
- Applicants will be shortlisted based on their academic performance.
- Applicants must have received a conditional or unconditional offer for a full-time programme by the deadline* in order to be considered for the award.
- Candidates must be available for video interview, via Microsoft Teams, to be held in the week commencing 9 June 2025, the exact date to be confirmed, which is subject to change.
*Please note that the scholarship deadline cannot be extended under any circumstances. This includes applicants that have not received an offer before 23 May.
Please note that this scholarship is only available to students assessed as overseas fee payers.
Applicants who have applied for a Masters which includes an integrated pre-Masters are not eligible to apply.

In order to apply for this scholarship you must have made an application for a programme of study.
Providing you meet the above eligibility criteria, you will then be able to apply for this scholarship via your applicant portal.
You will be asked to upload a CV, and an essay of no more than 500 words, about your leadership experience and aspirations, and how your chosen Kent programme will help you to develop your leadership potential.
Applications will be considered based on academic excellence.
Where students are academically equivalent, the strength of the application essay will be taken into account, when selecting the students who will go through to the interview round.
All documents must be in either Microsoft Word or PDF format, documents that are not sent in this format, will not be reviewed. Please do NOT send documents via Google Docs or SharePoint.
